Through its tool arrangement structure, it effectively integrates turning and milling functions. Both the guideways and and screws are imported from Taiwan China, featuring high rigidity, high precision, low resistance, smooth transmission, low noise, low temperature rise, and extended service life.
The spindle of the machine is a high-precision bore-type spindle unit. It utilizes large-diameter imported precision bearings for superior rigidity and accuracy. Assembled in a constant-temperature, purified environment and lubricated with imported grease, it undergoes static balancing accuracy tests to ensure stable operation. Driven by an AC motor, the spindle delivers excellent stiffness and high torque at low speeds.
The machine features full-enclosed protection, offering an aesthetic appearance, compact structure, simple operation, and comfortable, robust construction. All lubrication points employ a forced automatic lubrication device for fixed-point, quantitative lubrication of guide screws and rails. An automatic warning signal is triggered in case of abnormal conditions or insufficient oil volume. Equipped with a servo system and drive unit, it achieves integrated automatic control of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
